to save on calories, you may want to just flour them with seasoned flour and fry them in canola oil or olive oil. It gives them a different flavor as well.Shelly
Shelly - I did it and loved them. I actually used 1/2 EVOO and 1/2 canola, flour mixed with fried chicken seasoning, S&P. So very good. I can't wait till next year - more morels!
